1. Legal Age & Compliance

  • By purchasing from Franken Forge Blades LLC, you confirm that you: Are of legal age to own the product in your jurisdiction.
  • Have verified that purchase, possession, and use comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws (including import laws if outside the U.S.).
  • Understand that laws vary by location and it’s your sole responsibility to comply with them.

2. Assumption of Risk

Knives are inherently dangerous. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the ownership, handling, use, and misuse of the product, including the risk of serious injury or death.

3. No Liability

Franken Forge Blades LLC, its owner(s), and employees assume no liability for any injury, damage, death, or loss arising from the purchase, possession, handling, use, or misuse of our products — under any circumstances.This applies whether the product is used as intended, in a manner not intended, or in any way whatsoever.
By purchasing, you agree to accept full and sole responsibility for any and all outcomes of owning or using our products.

4. Warranty Coverage

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or patina.(From the user)
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications.
  • Broken tips, chips, or edge damage from cutting improper materials.
  • For warranty claims, we may require clear photos or video proof before requesting a return.

5. Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for approved warranty claims.
  • If a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for safe return shipping and proper packaging.

6. Intended Use & No Guarantee of Fitness

Our knives are designed for lawful recreational use (such as safe balisong flipping practice) and general cutting tasks.
We make no guarantee that any product is fit for purposes other than those stated.
Knives are not intended for prying, throwing, or use as a screwdriver, chisel, or any other tool.
Flipping should only be done in a safe environment, with awareness of the risks of personal injury.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Franken Forge Blades LLC and its owner(s) from any and all claims, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from your purchase, possession, or use of our products.

8. International Orders

  • All payments are in USD. Exchange rates and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyer is responsible for verifying import legality.
  • Buyer pays all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Franken Forge Blades LLC is not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs or shipping carriers.

9. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

10. Customer Service Commitment

I’m a human and take pride in my work. While these Terms protect me legally, I’ll always do my best to make sure you’re happy with your experience.
